Villa Labaranda

Welcome to this beautiful romantic villa for up to 10 people in the middle of the cosy town of Los Llanos.

In the middle of the city of Los Llanos lies the 360 ​​m² villa Labaranda, consisting of a main house for 8 people, a studio for 2 people.

Via an automatic gate you reach the Finca of 800 m² with enough parking space for several cars, various seats in the garden and the terraces and many avocado trees and plants and shrubs.

The main house is accessed through large glass doors in the beautiful open living room with a very large modern kitchen, a lovely dining area, a nice sitting area and access to a large bathroom with shower rain shower head, bath, toilet and sink, and two nicely decorated bedrooms. Through a small corridor one enters the third and fourth bedroom of which one with ensuite bathroom.

All sleeping mugs are equipped with double beds (150 * 200). An authentic stone staircase leads to the second floor in the studio which is fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom, sleeping area and a large terrace accessible via large French terrace doors with great views over the city of Los Llanos, the mountains and in the distance the Atlantic Ocean.

On the ground floor there are several seating possibilities, one with old church benches and original wooden doors .. Through a staircase you reach the roof terrace with sun loungers and again a beautiful view.

Thanks to the light domes in the living room and kitchen, the house has beautiful daylight everywhere.

The villa Labaranda is equipped with satellite TV (mainly German) and internet.

In the garden state a separate house with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. In the garden, several corners are cosy and romantically decorated to enjoy the beautiful weather on La Palma.

Of course, there is a barbecue and several terraces with their own style furniture.

You are in the middle of the city in two minutes walking and yet you have no noise in this villa thanks to the solid materials used and the double glazing.

Everywhere in the house you can find beautiful old and separate elements and in every corner,  you will discover another curiosity.

When renting villa Labaranda, it is required to pay a deposit of cash € 300, – on arrival. This deposit will be refunded if everything is still in order on departure.

Note: final cleaning, mandatory, is 1 x the daily rate, depending on the number of people!
