Casita Nieves

Casita Nieves is a lovely holiday home for up to 5 people in El Paso.

Centrally located on the edge of the center of El Paso is the romantic cottage for 5 people, Casita Nieves.

Casita Nieves is located on a closed piece of land with a cosy terrace and garden. In front of the house is an extra piece of landscaped garden with seating areas, loungers and cacti.

Casita Nieves was completely renovated in 2012 and 2014 and lies at an altitude of +/- 650 meters.

It consists of a cosy living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and three rustic bedrooms with 2 times a double bed (140 * 200) and once a single bed (100 * 200). In the living room there is satellite TV, mainly German.

From the living room comes with in 2 of the three bedrooms. The third bedroom is in a separate building on the patio.

In the kitchen there is a dining table with four chairs and in the kitchen, there is a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave and a fridge with freezer.

The small bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink. This bathroom can be reached both through the house and the patio.

Of course, Casita Nieves has internet.

Casita Nieves has a patio and a beautiful garden with lovely seating areas and a large dining table.

Throughout the holiday home Casita Nieves original parts of the old pajero can still be found.

If desired, it is possible to place a cot and high chair.

Casita Nieves is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.

In El Paso you will find everything you need, several supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, cafes, museums etc.

From the house there are hiking trails, including the Cumbrecita.

Casita Nieves can easily be combined with the larger holiday home Casa Las Piedras, a holiday home suitable for 2 persons.

2 people: € 90

3 people: € 100

4 people: € 110

5 people: € 120

Plus 1 additional price / day (depending on the amount of people) for final cleaning.
