Villa La Hilera

Welcome to Villa La Hilera, a beautiful holiday villa for max 8 people with lovely indoor pool and stunning views.

Villa Hilera is about 300 m², is situated on a plot of 5000 m² and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The first floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom, an infrared sauna and a fantastic 12 x 3 metre pool.

From the living room and one of the upstairs bedrooms you access the terrace with lovely views, from the pool room and the downstairs bedroom you access the lawn in front of the house where you can sunbathe.

The kitchen is fully equipped and seats 6 people. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob (3 hobs).

The living room has two spacious sofas, satellite TV, mainly German, and a fireplace that can be used.

Thanks to the typical Canarian wooden roof, the rooms feel even lighter and larger.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom consists of shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and between them is the bathroom, which comprises a shower, toilet and wash basin.

A staircase leads to the bottom floor, where you will find the fourth bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom is only available for 7-8 people.

On this floor there is also an infrared sauna, and the fantastic indoor swimming pool measuring 3 by 12 metres, which can be heated at an extra charge.

The pool is 1.20-1.50 deep!

Pool heating up to 26°: €20 extra per day, to be paid cash on day of arrival. Please note this is solar heating, so the exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. If one wants pool heating, please indicate this beforehand.

For children under 2 years there is a cot and highchair available, please indicate this when booking.

Outside is a barbecue area with dining table and the plot has space for 4 rental cars.
