Casa Tamanca

The beautiful casa Tamanca is situated in Las Manchas at about 640 meters above sea level. Casa Tamanca is about 144m² big with 3 bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms, a large kitchen, a lovely living room with fireplace and a nice pool (7.5 x 3.5) which can be heated if necessary.

The house stands on a plot of 1000 m² and is completely fenced with parking for 2 cars on the property.

The large kitchen has all the comforts one would want nowadays. For example, a large fridge with freezer compartments, a four-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a wine cooler for 8 bottles.
The living room has a large flat screen TV with satellite, there is an air conditioning (hot /cold) and a lovely fireplace for cozy (winter) evenings.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (150 x 200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200).

The two large bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV. In all bedrooms you’ll find an air conditioner.
For a child under 2 years there is a cot in the house, free of charge.

Especially for the small children a fence can be placed in front of the pool, as security!

There are two lovely spacious bathrooms, one with a hydro massage shower.

The private pool can be heated for you:
Up to 25 °: € 15, – per day
Up to 28 °: € 18, – per day

The pool can be covered so that the temperature will not drop a lot overnight.

Sauna can be booked for € 50, – per week. Please indicate in advance!

Of course there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
There is a covered outdoor barbecue.

Casa Tamanca has wireless internet, both inside the house and outdoors.

The owner has 2 mountain bikes are ready for you, this can be used against a deposit.
On request you can bring your (small) dog to casa Tamanca.

The house is equipped with an alarm system!

The house is solar powered and has a charging station for hybrid rental cars.

If you stay for more than 28 days you will get a discount of 10% on the rent.
