Casa Buena Vista

This beautiful modern villa for up to 3 people, is located in El Pinar, just above Tijarafe, at an altitude of 800m.
You enter Casa Buena Vista on the top floor and directly into the large living room with modern open kitchen.

The living room has a (rotating) fireplace and well equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher. Along the entire length of the living room, almost 11 meters, runs a balcony with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. On the lower floor is a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

The guest bedroom with a quality sofa bed for 2 people is located right next to this bathroom.

Through this guest room you enter the spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 x 100×200) with walk-in closet.
Directly at the master bedroom is the spacious en-suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet, bidet and 2 sinks.

Through all the rooms you get to the spacious terrace overlooking the sea, which also gives access to the (coverable) heated swimming pool. The pool is 38 m². The large terrace at the pool is 55 m² and has sun loungers, parasols and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Sauna: with relaxation room and daybed, sanitary area with sink, shower, toilet and bidet;
here are also two single beds for the 5th and 6th person.

There is enough space for a rental car and next to the house is a nice breakfast terrace of 20 m².

The whole house has underfloor heating and has access to the Internet and telephone.
There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room under the house.

The modern architect house Casa Buena Vista is located at the end of a paved cul de sac on a plot of 20,000 m², of which a large portion is left natural but another large part has been converted into a beautiful sub-tropical garden.

Supermarket, bars, restaurants, a bank and a pharmacy are located in the village of Tijarafe, 10 minutes away. The nearest beach is that of Tazacorte, about 20 minutes away.

Upon arrival a deposit of € 200, – is asked, which, if there is no damage, is refundable upon departure!

Children under the age of 12 spend their holidays with us free of charge when two paying adults accompany them.
