This beautiful large villa with heated swimming pool is located in the quiet Tijarafe.

Villa La Hoya is a spacious holiday villa of 96 m² and suitable for 5 people with everything one could wish for; a lovely (heated) swimming pool with Jacuzzi area, a large outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a garden with fruit trees and the villa itself is very well decorated with washing machine, dishwasher and dryer.

The villa is reached via a staircase and you enter the villa in the living room with satellite TV (mainly German) and fiber optic internet.

There is a very well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. Everything you expect in a kitchen can be found there, from sandwich toaster to juicer.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 * 200) and satellite TV, the second bedroom has two single beds (90 * 200) and the third bedroom has a single bed and even a treadmill to stay fit.

Villa La Hoya has a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and jacuzzi. There is an extra bathroom outside, under the pool with (hot) shower.

There are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the living room in villa La Hoya.

There is a large garden of 3700 m² with fruit trees, cosy sitting areas, walking paths, the swimming pool and the bodega or outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

The saltwater swimming pool is 8 x 3.5 m and 1.5 m deep. The swimming pool can be heated to 26 degrees for an additional € 20 per day.

There is a separate part of the pool where you can enjoy the jacuzzi and there is a jet stream at the pool.

From the roof terrace you have a phenomenal view of the Atlantic Ocean. The roof terrace has a nice sitting area and sun loungers. Thanks to the glass partition, you have a direct sea view.

If you wish, two mountain bikes can be provided on request.
