Bienvenido in Apartamento La Real. This beautifully renovated modern holiday apartment is in the middle of the city of Los Llanos, only 10 seconds from the plaza with its terraces.

Apartamento La Real can accommodate 2 people and is fully equipped. This holiday home is on the first floor, there is no elevator available!

Apartamento La Real is about 74 m² and consists of a spacious living room with semi-open kitchen including a washing machine and a dishwasher. A small bar connects the kitchen with the living room.

In the living room there is a lovely corner sofa and a flat screen with satellite TV (mainly German).

In the bedroom there is a large double bed (160 * 200) with a built-in wardrobe. A second room is furnished as a small office with an extra wardrobe.

Apartamento La Real is modernly furnished and partly thanks to the large windows wonderfully fresh and light. Of course, Internet cannot be missed.

There is a small patio where your laundry can be dried and a small seating area to quietly read a booklet. Upstairs on the roof terrace there are sun loungers to sunbathe in the middle of the cosy town of Los Llanos.

There are several bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, post office and banks in the immediate vicinity.

If you want, you can use a parking space in the city,  only 3 minutes from the apartment. Please let us know with the reservation if you want to use it.

Apartamento La Real is not suitable for people under 16 years old!

Since apartamento La Real is located at the back of the building you will not suffer from all the sounds of Los Llanos but you still have a view of a nice garden/terrace at the back of the building.

Plus 1 additional price / day for final cleaning.
