Bienvenido in apartamento Mederos. Apartamento Mederos is a beautiful apartment right on the outskirts of Los Llanos with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the city and the cloud fall at Cumbrecita and Caldera.

Apartamento Mederos is situated on the first floor, is 65m² in size with a roof terrace where the washing machine is. From here you have an amazing 360 ° view of Los Llanos, the Atlantic Ocean, the Caldera and the Cumbrecita.

You enter in the well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room with balcony, a bedroom (mattress 190 * 135) and a bathroom with bath / shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

In the living room there is a satellite TV (mainly German) and from the balcony you have a view over the Enrique Mederos towards the city and the mountains of the Caldera.

The interior is modern and quiet with a wonderfully large (2-person sleeping) couch, where two more people could stay.

If a child under the age of 2 is traveling with you, a baby cot and child’s seat are available free of charge, but please state this when you reserve the house.

The apartmento Mederos is also offered for longer rental, quotation by mail.

Since the apartment is within walking distance of the city, and the bus stop of Los Llanos, a car is not a must. If you want to explore the island, we do recommend renting a car, but the bus station is a 10-minute walk away.

In the immediate area there are various bars and restaurants and a supermarket.

A lovely apartment that is centrally but quietly located.
