Villa Montserrat

Welcome to the beautiful Villa Montserrat, near the centre of Los Llanos.

Villa Montserrat measures 280 m² and is located at an altitude of 300 metres.

The villa has modern furnishings and is equipped with everything one could wish for on a holiday.

The villa can accommodate 6 people.

It consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and four bedrooms.

All rooms are equipped with fans.

The living room has a balcony with seating area and satellite TV. Of course, the house is equipped with internet; fibre optic.

The bedrooms are divided as follows; 2 double bedrooms, once with a double bed and once with two single beds, then there are two single bedrooms. There are fans throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, several coffee makers, and fridge freezer. At the back of the terrace is a room with a washing machine.

From the kitchen you can access a terrace with another seating area and views of the garden.

The best thing about villa Montserrat is the spacious 140 m² roof terrace with sun loungers, a barbecue, lovely seating options, which can be covered, a dining area, an outdoor shower and a second washing machine. From the terrace there are views of the garden, the mountains, the Atlantic Ocean and the new volcano.

The car can be parked in the garage directly under the villa.

For the little ones there is a cot and a highchair, please indicate when booking if this is needed.

It is a smoke-free villa and no animals or parties are allowed.

The villa is within walking distance from the centre of Los Llanos and in 10 minutes you can reach Tazacorte beach by car.

There is a supermarket 100 metres from the villa and a pharmacy 200 metres away.

On arrival, the basics are already in the house; coffee sugar, tea, fruit, oil, spices wine in the kitchen and shower gel and shampoo in both bathrooms.

Towels, bed linen, beach towels are already provided in the villa and cleaning comes once a week for 2 hours.
