Finca Don Miguel

The holiday villa is located on the edge of the Aridane Valley on the sunny west side of the island of La Palma. In the property you enjoy complete privacy.

The location is also ideal for enjoying all the advantages of the island. The necessary infrastructure for shopping can be reached by car in 5 (El Paso) or 10 minutes (Los Llanos). Some very beautiful beaches (Tazacorte) can also be reached by car within 15-20 minutes. For hiking enthusiasts, a trip to the Caldera de Taburiente or the volcano route is recommended; Both excursion destinations can also be reached within a short time.

The property has 4 bedrooms  (2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bedrooms with double beds, which can also be divided into single beds),  as well as three bathrooms and a guest toilet.

All beds are equipped with high-quality plate slatted frames and orthopedic cold foam mattresses in various degrees of hardness.

The round The kitchen in the villa is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, Thermomix, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.) and there is enough crockery and cutlery for all guests. In addition to the spacious round living room with fireplace, there is a separate TV and piano room with a cozy couch corner.

The property has underfloor heating on the upper floor. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned. The hot water is supplied primarily via solar thermal energy and photovoltaics, secondarily via a heat pump or instantaneous water heater. The electricity that cannot be generated via your own photovoltaic system, consists of 100% green electricity.

If more space is desired, our casa located on the neighboring property can be rented for an additional payment. There is a double bed in the living room/bedroom as well as a small bedroom with 2 single beds, a large winter garden, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Both houses are only accessible via a private road and the properties are secured by a gate. The houses are separated by a natural stone wall and each offers a lot of privacy.

If they are rented together, direct access is possible via a connecting door. If rented separately, access to the casa is via a separate private road from the north side. This ensures that the guests in the two houses are completely independent of each other.

The large pool area, the sauna and the jacuzzi are only accessible to the guests of the villa when rented separately.

The casita has it own yacusi.

On the main terrace there is a table for 8-10 people and other comfortable seating. A Weber gas grill is available for shared barbecue evenings. There are also high-quality stainless steel loungers at the completely enclosed pool. There are also various smaller terraces with seating available. There are numerous fruit trees in the garden (khaki, apple, orange, cherry moya, pomegranate, hazelnut, grapefruit, lemon, nispero, etc.), which guests can of course eat depending on the season. Pool towels are provided. Bed linen and towels can be changed weekly upon request.

For entertainment there is a large flat screen television with internet access and a Bluetooth music system (Bose). WiFi with up to 50 Mbits is also available. Villa Don Miguel also has a piano and a table tennis table. Younger children need to be supervised as there are some steep stairs and walls outside. There is a safety guard for the stairs inside.
