Through a private driveway and private parking, you will arrive at the entrance of Casa Vista del Mar.

Casa Vista del Mar is approximately 110 m² in size and is situated in Las Norias at an altitude of 410 meters above sea level.

Casa Vista del Mar has a spacious well-equipped kitchen with oven, a large living room with satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms with a bed of 135 * 190 and two single beds of 90 * 190.

There is a large bathroom with a shower. Here you will find the washing machine.

Around the house is a beautiful terrace and covered balcony with sea views. The garden consists of fruit trees such as bananas, avocados, oranges and mangos and palm trees.

There is a large flat roof for sunbathing.

There are several places where you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday both in and out of the sun.

Note: the heaters that are visible on the pictures are unfortunately not (yet) connected. For the colder days there is a mobile heating and a fireplace for you.

The central location of casa Vista del Mar means that you can quickly reach the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte, and shopping opportunities can also be found in a 5-minute drive.
