Belair

The apartment Belair has a living space of 79 sq. and is located at a 5 minutes’ walk from the city centre (Plaza) Tazacorte. There you will find the shops such as supermarket, pharmacy, post office and several restaurants and tapas bars. Directly opposite the building is the public pool of Tazacorte. There is a good bus service to Puerto de Tazacorte (beach) and the rest of the island. The beach of Tazacorte is about 2.4 km away.

Belair has two bedrooms, one with two beds and a private bathroom, the other with a double bed. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink. In addition, there is a space that can be used as an office room which can be used.

The Belair living room is bright and modern furnished with an open kitchen with a ceramic hob with three plates and a washing machine.

Of course there is a (communal) pool at Belair.

From the two balconies you have a beautiful view of Atlantic Ocean. In the basement is a secure garage with elevator to the apartment.

It is only rented to non-smokers!

Belair is also suitable for people with disabilities, there is a lift and everything is on one floor.
