Casa Carmen

Welcome to the wonderful casa Carmen. Casa Carmen is a detached large holiday home for 6 persons with a living area of 120 m² and is centrally located in La Laguna at an altitude of 400 m.

This property has been adapted for disabled people!

Carmen is a cosy, well-kept and furnished holiday home with high-quality furnishings.
The entrance to casa Carmen is a covered terrace with garden furniture and ferns. Carmen has a lovely interior and consists of a spacious living room with 2 comfortable couches, 4 seats and satellite TV (mainly German).

The large kitchen is well and completely furnished and has a dining area. The kitchen of Carmen offers direct access to one of the three lovely terraces that surround this house.

Then there are three spacious bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x200 mattresses and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds of 90×190 mattresses. There are two bathrooms each with a shower and toilet.

An extra bed for a 7th person can be placed for € 10 per day.

The windows have mosquito screens.

As if all this is not enough casa Carmen also has a large garage that offers space for a rental car and possibly mountain bikes.

The house is equipped with Internet and for the cooler days there is a mobile electric heater at your disposal.

Casa Carmen has stunning views from all terraces and garden on the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

The nearest restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away. There is also a small supermarket right around the corner. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. For large shopping you can best go to El Paso, 10 minutes’ drive. Here is a large supermarket which is open from Monday to Saturday from 9: 00-22: 00.

Extra: If you want you can get fresh bread every morning, against a small fee.

On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a bio market behind the house where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables.

Casa Carmen is not suitable for childern under the age of 16!

Plus 1 additional price / day (depending on the amount of people) for final cleaning.
